Our preferred method of payment is by card at the time of ordering for use upon despatch of the order; alternatively payment may be made by cash or cheque on delivery.
To ensure optimum freshness we often roast to order and would therefore appreciate advance notice of at least 3-5 working days when placing orders. During peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, please assist by giving a minimum of 7-10 working days notice.
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible and are usually despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force although we do reserve the right to use an alternative provider if we deem it appropriate. Allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery. Carriage is charged by weight and the best price is always sought. J. Atkinson & Co. shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, loss or damage. We will however make every attempt to rectify such issues appropriately.
Due to the nature of our product we do not accept any returns.
Whilst we aim to despatch the very best quality, as consistently as possible within Artisan Roasting Tolerances, some variations may occur and we reserve the right to apply our no return policy.
Coffee is despatched with a Best Before date of 6 months and Tea 18 months. It is important to consider storage conditions, coffee and tea should be kept in airtight containers away from any food smells and heat. We do not recommend freezing we recommend drinking and enjoying.
Where branded merchandise (e.g .crockery, signage and other merchandise) has been supplied by J. Atkinson & Co. these items are supplied only for use with the branded products they represent. In the event that the customer elects to use alternative (not the same branded) products or purchase products from another supplier, J. Atkinson & Co. reserve the right to remove all branded merchandise without prior notice.
